HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
From 3 to 5 days depending on your place of residence, as long as your shipping and payment information are complete and are sent by different parcels. The tracking number is sent to you in the confirmation email.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do ship internationally at an additional cost. In the case of MAZIC products, international shipping to the United States through AMAZON USA is free.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF A PRODUCT ARRIVES INCORRECTLY OR IF I HAVE A COMPLAINT?
If you do not receive the requested product you can send an email to contacto@kokyoko.com or by whatsapp to 55 2894 8517 to solve the problem as soon as possible. Remember to do so within 5 working days from the time of receipt of the order. Otherwise the guarantees to make changes or refunds lose validity.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER SOMEWHERE?
We are an online store so we only make sales through home delivery. We have 3 ways to purchase our products: www.kokyoko.com, Amazon and Mercado Libre.
